I put Reinhart slip-ons on my '08 Street Glide and just put a Wimmer Better Sucker on. Talked to the head mech. at the local dealership and he said I should have it re-mapped. Took it in yesterday for the re-map and noticed that the bike didn't perform as well on the way home. I used to have plenty of power and now it seems kinda doggy. I also used to be able to set the cruise at 55 in 6th gear and it was fine. Now it bogs down. Went back and talked to the service dept. manager and he took it for a ride and said that it was fine. Talked to the mechanic who did the re-map and he said I shouldn't need to shift into 6th until about 65mph.
When I looked at my receipt, it says: 1690 ST 1 TOURING DIGITAL. My bike in a 96, not a 103(which is appox. 1690cc's). Could they have mapped it as a 103 by mistake?
Any advice/answers would be greatly appreciated.

Did it run well with the slip ons and AF before the download? Slip ons will reduce torque noticeably and torque is what you need at that mph and gear. You'll have to ride at a slightly higher rpm, no getting around it.
A download should have the bike running better than the stock MAP. They could have loaded the wrong map, ask them why you got that version. I don't know off hand which map is the right one for you, someone here should jump in with that answer. Perhaps the 103 is a better download for you after all.
Thanks, Cold,
Bike ran fine before the MAP. I was going on the advice of the head mechanic to have the new download, figuring that it would perform even better.
