Help with Thundermax tuner
I think it would have burned the fluid off instead of messing them up.

TMAT uses wideband sensors that continually sense the amount of O2 in the exhaust ... and adjust the fuel to attain the desired AFR (as per the programmed map) ....
If the A/C was flowing 'too much' air ... the TMAT would notice (in a nano-second) and add fuel to maintain the correct ratio ....
Sounds like whatever your issue was might have been related to your plugs or plug wires ...
bigdan65 ... I strongly recommend reading the technical pub for the TMAT and bone up on it by reading a few threads on the forum on the subject ... there is an excellent education to be had ....
But, the beauty of the system is that once its up and running it is almost 100% trouble free--fire and forget! (... except for bad battery cable connections, fouled O2 sensors or other miscellaneous 'gremlins' ...!)

On the subject of not ruining the O2 sensors ... if you remove them from your pipes during your break-in ... do you take the bike off of 'closed loop' (that is, check the box in the setup for 'open loop') ...?
I suppose you could just select the base map for your particular setup and run that as 'open loop' operation until the assembly fluid has burned off ... then, reinstall the O2 sensors and re-set to 'closed loop' operation ....

i am not taking the heavy breather off, it ran great when i bought the bike for 2500 miles so I know it works.
If anyone knows a good tuner, mechanic within reasonable driving distance I am ready to take it somewhere else.

Sounds like the power got disconnected from the ECM and needs to be reinitialized.
You know the 30 seconds and 30 seconds off times 3
