Fuel injector question

Fuel injector question
2003 Road King..
Having not only an idle problem but at road speed the engine light comes on and the bike burps (for lack of a better term) I checked all the connections and all seem to be good but.. I noticed that the front injector moves or spins in it's mount. The rear does not spin. I know that they are seated on O rings but should this thing spin? There is no front to back movement just turns with ease right to left and back. Any ideas??
