I just installed a PC-V retro fit from FuelMoto on my '08 NT. At first it seemed to be just alittle off, with really bad mpg (28), called Fuelmoto and they walked me thru a firmware download update, this is where the light show begins. First day my security lamp and my right turn signal would blink randomly, by the next day every light on the bike would flash off and on and fuel pump would kick on and off and the relays under the seat started clicking like a sewing machine. So I pulled the main fuse, to get everything to stop and called Fuelmoto and Dynojet....both think it is something wrong with my security system, maybe low fob battery or security antenna...I changed out both things with no change. I didn't have any trouble with my bike in 3 yrs until I installed the PC-V...could it have fryed my ECM?

Is it still under warranty? If it is, call your dealer.
I've hooked it up(back stock) several times with same results. I talked with my local tech about it,( he hates PC), he's saying the PC probably has messed up my ECM but he will not know until we get it hooked up to the dynostic machine with and without the PC hooked to it. I hate this kind of crap, (electronic problems), it makes me want to go back to a carbed bike sometimes. Hopefuly it is something simple, but not with my luck.
you sure you don't have a loose ground wire or something like that. the pc really has nothing to do with the ts module. ck batt and grounds one could be loose
Got to agree with Black & Chrome, It's fairly, as in really, unlikely that any micro-fueler (PC whatever) could/would damage an ECM. It's far more likely that in the process of installing or removing the PC that: 1.) A pin on the ECM or the Wiring Harness Connector to the ECM has been bent or in the case of the Wiring harness, pushed backwards out of it's place in the hard plastic connector. Either way there may be a connection that is not being made or is being made poorly at the ECM connector. Take a magnifying glass and inspect very carefully. -or- 2.) When moving the ECM and/or Wiring Harness around you have inadvertently moved/loosened a wire.
Broke down and took my bike to dealer for diagnosis late Saturday, they hooked it up and it showed 27 codes, I didn't think there were that many, they checked all connections and gounds but they didn't get any further than that, going to check everything out more on Monday. They say without a full day of going over it, they can't make a definate conclusion, but right now it looks like the ECM has taken a bad hit and may need to be replaced. I'm good friends with the service tech, he will shoot straight with me, he's saying possibly the PC-V, but he will now for sure on Monday. Damit! I've had nothing but trouble ever since I install it. Hopefully it's just a bad wire, pin or a ground or something.

UPDATE:
After 2 days at the dealer, they think they have found the problem. A bad right turn signal bulb (I changed it one night out on a ride, when it went out, with a walmart dual filament bulb) It had somehow arced and fused both elements together. As of right now, I have no flashing light show and my dash readouts are back to normal. It's sooo damn crazy how something as simple as a t/s bulb can cause so much trouble to the eletronics. Going to get a dyno tune next weekend, to hopefully get my PC-V dialed in.
