Default Spark plug deposits
On a whim yesterday I pulled my spark plugs on my '07 DWG with 9000 miles on it. I have Reinhart 2-2 pipes and a S&S teardrop and the dealership download. The bike runs good.

TH
here is a white crusty deposit on the grounding strap and the ceramic is white.

When I bought some new ones the parts counter guy said it could be lean or burning a little oil.

What does that sound like to you?

It's lean.... should be a light brown

Isn't that the whole point of o2 sensors to help the computer adjust the A/F mixture?

well everybody says the dealer down load is a joke.
it will still be lean.
if you want to post the same ? on the General Harley Davidson Chat page
more poeple will see it.
