Thanks harleytuner. I just got home from work and the SEPST kit was on my porch. I just finished removing the Power Commander 3 from the bike and reconnecting my O2 sensors. I am now watching the training DVD to get myself a little bit familiar with the software.
One question...I loaded the base map and then made a run and recorded it. The manual says to tune in advanced mode for bikes with O2 sensors. I didn't have it on advanced mode for the recorded ride. That shouldn't matter should it? It only matters when I actually generate and update the VE tables correct? Hopefully I have it right.

It shouldn't matter for data collection. (I don't believe). I promote all MAPs to advanced right from the get go though. As long as you can veiw the smartune VE tables you'll be fine.
Actually it ran very well with the base map. I updated the base map with the data generated from the recorded run. In the morning I will upload it to the bike and ride again.
