I was hoping someone could enlighten me about the wiring of the started button. I read the wiring diagram and see the black and white wires to the button switch but I cannot figure out were I pick up the connections from.
I believe the white comes from the key switch?? But I do not understand were the black comes from.
I hope this is an elementary question for someone out there.
Thank you for your time and knowledge. Tony
Without looking at the diagram I would first check if it was a wire to ground, and if it is not a ground, I would then check to see if it goes to a starter relay. Also, some starter buttons are routed through the stop/run switch before they continue on th the ignition switch.
Sorry I couldn't be more specific, but these would be the most logical things to check if you don't get a definite answer.
