07 with SE AC but stock pipes
Newbie trying to find answers to a couple of questions, hopefully someone can help
If you have the SE Air Cleaner but still have STOCK pipes.. What ECU flash do u request ? Stage 1 ??
What is the number ?
How much power do you lose by opening up just the intake side with the SE AC ? Is it significant ? I like it fairly quiet

O7 Ultra,
You need the stage 1 download when you change the intake (dealer does it). If you just changed the exhaust only then you wouldn't need to change anything. The stock bike is running lean and when you open up the intake you'll run even leaner which may damage the motor.

I'm glad you asked the question, and I'm interested in the same thing... I'm watching for someone to have a tune that is downloadable with the SERT. I've got the race tuner and stage 1 air cleaner kit here allready, but have been waiting for the exhaust (Reinharts) for quite a while... With more waiting time coming. I'd like to put on the air cleaner, but know it will run way lean without a map update of some kind. Anyone have a map for a stage 1 intake stock pipes for a 07 Ultra?

You need a download more for intake mods than exhaust. Don't cut corners on intake mods unless you like buying pistons.

I know plenty of bikes running fine with slip ons and ac's and stock cals.
