I have a 2003 electra bike is running lean and heating up motor to 260 plus no codes no engine light sounds like it is sucking to much air when im on the throttle and feels under powered bike has a stage one S eagle kit.

Hello to a fellow canuck. Do you have a propane torch kit for plumbing repairs? If so, while motor is idling, with torch out, shoot some propane in around the intake manifold flanges where they bolt to the head. If motor smooths out or idle picks up, you have an intake leak.

Not a big deal, IF he had an intake leak and was sucking air causing a lean condition then by using propane gas around the flanges the bike would become a little richer and smoothen out.
Some people are freaked out by using propane and use WD 40 around the intake manifold flanges to momentarily stop the intake leak. This is messy of course but safer.
He may not have an intake leak, but with the propane torch it only takes a minute to check it out.
I had one on the rear cyl of my 03 FLHTCI, tightened up the manifold bolts and problem solved.
