starter relay click nothing else

starter relay click nothing else
I have an 03 Dyna low rider. It has been stroked out to a 12-1 ratio. I have an All ***** starter. I had a problem with the starter Jack shaft. I replace it and did a test start with no problems. I replaced the primary cover, filled with oil and now I only get a click from the starter relay. I checked the battery it is fine. I checked the voltage drop and it is fine. So I replaced the relay. Still doing the same thing. Any suggestions?

There is a sleeve on the inside of outer primary that the jackshaft rides in,sometimes they get a lil worn and causes it to bind ,check that out .first though ..loosen starter bolts and wiggle the starter ,sometimes they get out of alignment ..

Thank you all for the help. I tried all the suggestions. All Ana all the problem was grease had built up in the socket in the outer primary cover fir the starter Jack shaft and a bad Jack shaft bushing. Three weeks of no ride. Now it runs great thanks again for all the c help.
