Mid range rpm sputtering

Mid range rpm sputtering
I bought a used 2003 Ultra Classic and it sputters through mid range rpm’s and smells like it is running rich at idle. So here is my troubleshooting to do list and wanted to see what you guys thought. It does have aftermarket pipes, Samson Oval Rolled Thunder.
1.Check air filter (Stage 1 HD)
2.Clean injectors, possibly pull and check spray pattern. (not enough atomization tocompletely burn fuel)
3.Check for fuel in oil and compression (ring blow by = no heat from compression toburn fuel)
4.TPS,check resistance and for dead spots
5.MAP sensor
6.Have ECM checked
7.Check cam tension device and cam lobe for wear.
I know this is probably a dead horse, but if anybody has any other things I might have missed.
