Did you buy the bike used? What kind of bike? Touring, Softie, etc? What year? WHat exhaust?
The reason I ask is when someone would install a power commander, they would disconnect the O2s to make the PC work.
I think you should look real hard at the ECM and see if you see simply too much wiring around the ECM. If you do? Trace those big fat cables out to see if... viola... there is a PC3 or 5.
On my last softie, I hid the PC down near the inside of the rear fender sealed in a plastic bag. When I totalled that bike, the dealer rebuilt it and then asked me where the PC3 was hidden.
Or, there is also a possibility that the last owner kept the Power Commander?
