I'm trying to find an o-ring for the fuel line part no. 62349-04F http://www.jpcycles.com/product/721-852 . Does anyone by chance know the part number for the o-ring that goes in here? Thanks.
There is no o-ring on part 20 ............... there is however 2 o-rings in part 23 that part 20 clicks into.
There is an upper and lower o-ring.
The lower one is a thicker o-ring that stops the tank from leaking when part 20 is disconnected and is identical to part number 11387A
The upper o-ring is a thinner one and seals around part 20 when inserted and stops the leak when the line has pressure and HD do not sell this part separately.......However o-ring 11105 fits in there and works perfectly.
This is a picture of #20 pulled out from the check valve. Perhaps that o-ring isn't actually part of #20, but is actually part of the check valve and I did something to get it jammed into #20 like that. That would make sense because my check valve only has the one larger o-ring.
Sorry I thought you were talking about the groove around part 20 and an o-ring on that which there is none as that is where the ***** in part 23 lock into.
Never had to replace that small internal o-ring on part 20 so no idea what would fit.
It was leaking when the check valve was hooked up. I pulled out the upper o-ring and it was chewed up a little. Went to my local HD dealer and they gave me a 11105. Fixed the problem and did some riding this afternoon! Thanks for the help.
