LCD odometer problems
1998 Heritage Springer
About 10 years ago I was riding through Utah with a buddy. got up at 0 dark thirty to get an early start. I noticed my odo was blank, It was still backlit. I figured time for a new speedo.
As the bike warmed up the odometer began to show up again.
Anyway after about 10 years of the same problem
, I figured I would ask if any one has encountered this. As the years roll on the off time seems longer and longer. It also seems to be affected by the ambient temperature.
Is there anything I can do to counter this, or am I stuck with it till I can afford a new speedo?
