PC 111 Questions
have an 07 flhtc,103 kit 204 cams ,mcr hds,and a pc3,bike started fine when stock w/96,when I went to mcr hds and 103 kit needed to use compresson releases to start,well this year(nov),starter wouldn't turnover engine,dragged,well starter,battery????,well just for the hell of it I disconnected the PC3,started right up,without hitting the releases,,and continues to start without the releases,compresson 145,it was to my understanding that the PC doesn't change timing,or does it ???,PCis 4 yrs old,

The PC only changes timing if it programmed into the map. So no, unless you have changed the map.
For starters I would check that the throttle is zeroed. Also make sure there aren't any bent pins on the PC to ECM connection.
