First, try disconnecting the PC, and running with the ECM. Follow the installation instructions in reverse.

Just disconnect the PC, and connect directly to the ECM. Also look at the PC. It should be under the left side cover. Make sure that it is model 802-511.
You may also want to download the PCIII software, and restet the zero, and max throttle positions on the PCIII if it tests OK.
You did part of the resynch right. That is just to drain the ECM memory. You can remove the fuses, but I simply disconnect the battery. The second part is the actual learning part for the ECM. Kill switch to RUN. Turn key switch ON for 5 seconds (2 sec. after the fuel pump stops). Then OFF for 3 seconds. Repeat that sequence once.
