Default RE: My Beloved Wife

I found this poem on the corvette forum today and wanted to share it with you. My prayer for youis that you find peace and joy in knowing this wonderful woman. SheIS the angel in this poem. God needed her, just like god needed my sweet Mike who passed away Christmas eve 2004.

May the angels keep you till morning.
May they guide you through the night.
May they comfort all your sorrows.
May they help you win the fight.

May they keep watch on your soul.
May they show you better ways.
May they guard you while you're sleeping.
May they see you through your days.

May they show you new hopes.
May they still your every doubt.
May they calm your every fear.
May they hear you when you shout.

May the angels keep you till morning.
More than this I cannot pray.
And if the angels ever fail you.
Then may God be there that day.

Mike told me before he died that he would come back to me but I've realized he never left me. I carry this gentle, wonderful, funny, man in my heart everyday.

Zevron - I know you may not feel like it right now - but we are both very lucky people to have known this kind of love that carries us thru the absolute worst days of our lives- to have found our soulmates and to know that they are watching over us and waiting for us when it's our time to leave this earth! I've got lots of living to do yet, many miles to ride, and many more dogs to save - but I can't wait to seemy soulmate again !

Hang in there, she would want you to be happy. Her love for you will never be replaced. Use her love to strengthen your resolve to carry on. It will get better with time. You had great years together, some people never get that. God Bless You

God called you homewe know not why[/i][/b]
We sit and wonderand byourselvescry[/i][/b]
You were too beautiful to stay with us here[/i][/b]
And now we miss you, and all shed a tear[/i][/b]
You knew how we loved you, & didn't need told[/i][/b]
But somehow, somewhere, it had to unfold [/i][/b]
A prize like you, we could never deserve[/i][/b]
You graced us with laughter beyond our reserve[/i][/b]
The brightest of stars can last only so long [/i][/b]
And wind that must settle after blowing so strong [/i][/b]
Our hearts were thus filled, and your task was achieved [/i][/b]
Your plight was not known to us, there is no reprieve [/i][/b]
Your presence is here, it can be felt from within [/i][/b]
Our duty is to you, and we now have to begin [/i][/b]
We cannot forget you, your happiness must shine [/i][/b]
Through our memories, our words, our lives are entwined [/i][/b]
Like the waves of the ocean, that never shall rest[/i][/b]
We were blessed to have known you, [/i][/b]
God gave us the best [/i][/b]

Have some relief knowing that she is in a better place and resting in peace.
You and your family will be in our prayers.
