I am replacing my q cams with p cams and on # 3and 4 cams I don't seem to have any end play, do you ever have to use two gaskets to get more end play.
Thanks I just measured the the cams I am having problems with and the p cams are little longer than the q cams any suggestions
I have never used, or seen 2 gaskets used. Some gaskets however are thicker than others.
Accel makes a primary gasket that is a vulcanized fiber gasket and is .032" thick,
which is thicker than the std paper gaskets.
They may make a gasket for the cam cover out of the same material.
It may be worth lookin into, all depends how much longer the cams are.
