I've see them crossed on many bikes with no problems... so to be honest, I don't know why.

Read that in an instrucion sheet for Dyna 2Ki or Ultima ign some time back. And you know that all us law-abiding, tax-paying bikers... we ALWAYS do what we told

Well the install is done. Took it out for a 19 mile run this evening things do seem to be running better than they did before the switch. I'll be going on a 200 mile run tommorow so hopfully everything will go good. I'll let you know how things go tommorow
