Hope you were not hurt...
The pics look like the fix will take some time, but i would hit up his insurance for the cost of a loaner....get some estimates from the most expensive dealers, oh yeah, a nice neck brace for looks might help too...lol

Nice to hear that you are OK, there will be always new shed metal but bones and flesh are harder to replace.

I am so sorry to hear about you being the victim of an inattentive driver Mick and I am very glad to hear that you were not severely hurt in the accident either. Thank God you are going to be OK. Hey Mick, when you finally get your trusty Iron horse back up and on the road again, please post some pictures so we can see your handy work. Many of us on the forum enjoy your helpful insights into problems that can plague the ‘ol Ironhead Sportsters. Thank you for being there Mick! Take care! Ironheads forever!

so you wanna sell some parts mick? just jokin man.trying to put some humour into what could have been a bad situation.not that it wasnt bad eneough.i bet you thought you were gonna get squashed huh? i hope i never have that feeling.
i dont beleive in making people pay excessivly sp? but insurance is there for a reason and they are always looking after themselves so i hope you do the same.get well, good luck.oh and shiny side up lol....
