Just follow the instructions on the label. As i recall, about 1/3 can you pour directly into the carb while keeping the engine at higher revs; about 1/3 goes into the oil; the rest goes into the fuel tank.
There would be no carbon deposits in the cylinders, but possibly in the cylinder heads and on the pistons. You can peek in thru the spark plug holes with an LED light with the piston near TDC.
