Fuel Treatment
What do you guys run, if anything, through your fuel - and for what reason?
I'd like something to clean out my cylinders of any carbon deposits, myself, and I'm open to suggestions.

There are two products that i have seen recommended many times on these forums - SeaFoam and [the other name, though commonly known, escapes me just now - someone else will remember it].

And I can just add this sea-foam stuff to my fuel eh? A pre-emptive checkup with the ol' googlemonster seems to give it a good rating. Looks like it'll spiff up my carb a bit, too, which I can't argue with.

Just follow the instructions on the label. As i recall, about 1/3 can you pour directly into the carb while keeping the engine at higher revs; about 1/3 goes into the oil; the rest goes into the fuel tank.
There would be no carbon deposits in the cylinders, but possibly in the cylinder heads and on the pistons. You can peek in thru the spark plug holes with an LED light with the piston near TDC.
