Well, she is in the new garage now. Pics coming. Have air compressor, welding table, too many tools, workbench, vises, no room for painting, but a second room for clean motor work. Have another room I could put a paint booth in...but, who am I , just an ol scooter tramp, that loves old bikes. I wonder if there is a market old mechanics.

No such thing as "too many tools".

The years will keep passing, bikes will get old, youngsters will pick them up 'cheap' and need a Grey Beard to show them how it is done.

Yeah, us old grey beards, grey haired old farts, who rode back when you had to fix your bike. The brain may be dimminished from all the past abuses, but creativity still there. Ol yeller will become a cool sled, just takes time. I was cleaning garage and started to work on the scoot and realized that it would take another day to organize tools. I hate to spend half of my time, looking for the right tool. Right, you can never have to many tools.

And you are right, the Harley Dealership has no parts for old scoots

Still cleaning the garage and arranging tools. Going to make a wood EZ Lift. Went to the local Harley Dealership and asked about parts.....They had none...Found a local chopper shop, now I have a parts connection and a place to get stuff done I can't...The place was clean as a pin and had 6 or so bikes inside...my kind of place...Peace and Ride Hard, Brothers on Iron

I patronize my local indie shop as much as i can. I buy parts from him rather than eBay/whatever even if they cost more. Nothing beats having a good indie mechanic to consult with. He has helped me numerous times ...
