Hello,
I need to change out my stock shield. The top of the stock shield is right at eye level and really is bad to look through/above.
I like the wind coverage it gives me, although a tad more coverage up high wouldn't be a bad thing, but I also wouldn't mind looking above it.
I believe the stock shield is 12" (08 EG ultra). Would a 10" recurve give me about the same wind coverage or maybe more?
I bet I would still be looking over it.
I think I'm in the same boat as AcesOverEights. 09 Ultra, 6'4" rider, stock shield hits me right at mid-eye level and is sometimes quite an annoyance to look over or under. After reading so much, still couldn't make up my mind so I just ordered (5 minutes ago) the 10" flat top light tint, and the 10" ultra recurve light tint. 1 of these has got to be the right choice! :-)
Now, do you sell windshield bags? LOL

well damn. the only way these shield could have arrived quicker was if they hand delivered them. Ordered late Thursday afternoon and they were on my front porch my 11AM yesterday. I sure like the quality of these too! they're also thicker than stock and do NOT flex at all. I haven't had the opportunity to install yet but will certainly report back.
