I'm sorry, I don't get on very often. The 7 year ESP cost me $2500. I don't know what the dealer cost is. But considering, I thought it was cheap insurance.
I bought mine in March 2019, it was $2700 at time of purchase and includes tire and wheel coverage.

I bought mine around the same time. The pamphlet says it covers wheels and tires. I assumed wheel coverage (manufacture defects?). I have no idea what the tire coverage is. I'm assuming that's road hazard? I'd be shocked if that included wear. I'd love to hear that they cover tire wear. But, tires and wheels are the least of my worries. Please let me know otherwise.

Road hazard only. I hit a deep ditch across the road last year on my 2017 before I bought my 2019. A new wheel plus install was expensive. Didn't have coverage then, I do now.
I have slim low rider 107 2019, only done 3000, but have noticed a lot of vibration thro the bars. Although at low revs its fine but 2500 Revs its terrible worse Harley for vibration Ive had

The M-8 is very smooth through all RPM's, I'm on my second one with about 25,000 combined miles.
You have a problem but you have not given us enough info to give an educated guess.
Does the vibration increase with speed or when you rev the engine.
If the vibration is only in the bars then I would be looking for warped rotor, bad wheel bearing, out of balanced tire. You don't have lots of miles so probably not but you have to start to eliminate possible causes.
If it's a 2019 sounds like you are still under warranty so take the bike in and have the service dept test ride it

Check tire balance. When I picked up my 2020 Limited I had vibration and noticed there were no balancing weights on front wheel. It came NOT balanced from the factory.
Not to be a " nit picker" but you said you have a slim low rider. The slim is a different bike than the low rider, which do you have? They are both softails and the model you have should have nothing to do with to your problem.
I quick test for out of balance front tire would be to jack up the front end and make sure the brake pads are not rubbing the rotor, you may have to slide a small shim between the pad and the rotor to set the pad back, remove the shim and don't touch the brake lever. Then rotate the tire 90 degrees degrees and let it go, try it again and the tire should not rotate on its own. If the tire rotates each time then your tire is not balanced.
