A good thing because tranmission oil does not transfer to the engine, it transfers to the primary.
Sumping and transmission oil transfer to the primary are 2 different issues.
Good catch, either way they weren't willing to handle it. You are correct though, the sumping issue was separate from the transmission breather TSB. I heard of a lot of sumping issues when I bought that bike, so I was sure to get the extended warranty. Luckily, no issues arose from it.
I love mine. 2020 Ultra Limited. I am in the process of putting a Woods 22 XE cam in it. That should liven it up a bit. I have had ZERO problems with this bike from day 1.

same with my 2020 I out 75,000 miles on ..they really fixed a lot of problems / addressed issues by the 4th MY

Another proud 2020 owner here. 235,000 miles and the only time it's seen the back of a trailer is when it was delivered new to the dealership.
