That would depend on the buy back statutes in your country. I'm betting that as long as the dealership makes what is construed as a good faith effort at repairs under the factory warranty, you'd not have much luck. Lousy as it sounds, I went through two engines when the twin cam was introduced. Third one was the charm. Well over 75k on the clock when I traded it.
