started the road glide up on Saturday, just to hear the cfr's roar. after about 10 minutes noticed some moisture on the inside of the right side muffler outlit . reved the motor a bit and blew the little droplets out. then noticed that the left side started to get some building up in it. reved the motor a bit and the only about half of the droplets blew out. put my hand up to that muffler and notice that the exhaust coming out of that muffler was cold and only about half the pressure. now I know that there is the crossover pipe going to that side , but not any heat from the exhaust . has anyone else noticed this and if that's the case is most of the exhaust going out of the other muffler ?
Yes, like mjwebb said its normal. without getting technical, most the exhaust flow and heat goes out the right side pipe, because the exhaust takes the least path of resistance. So you will notice different soot, condensation, etc,etc from side to side.
Have you taken a look at the pipe that goes under the bike to the left side???? It looks like it has been smashed almost flat. The M8 exhaust is a 2 into 1 with a cosmetic extra pipe. That left pipe is worthless other than looks.

And for looks it turns the end cap more black than the right side.
I noticed this same issue after I installed my new slipons. It was very cold that day and so I had condensation coming out of the left pipe too. After it got warmed up to operating temp it seemed to balance out. I thought something was wrong.
