Default Blinker lights blink to fast

Recently installed LED front blinkers on my M8 Ultra. Now the blinker indicator lights on the dash gauge blinks really fast. Do I need to replace the small bulbs in the gauge itself? Do anyone know the right blinker module to correct this and where is the stock one located? Probably inside the fairing. Thanks!

If the turn signal is blinking and indicating that you are going to turn, why bother if the gauge light blinks fast? I mean if the signal itself is not functioning correctly, I would not be concerned. typically on a stock set up if the gauge light is blinking too fast, its and indication of a bad bulb or connection. check to see if everything is working and keep riding.

Everything is working fine. Just the small arrows inside if the gauge are blinking fast.

Just put Custom Dynamics LEDs and triple play on my 16 FBS and it is doing the same thing. I just figured it to be a side effect. Kinda like it to remind me when one is on after turn. The LEDs flash normally.

If the lights are changed from incondescent lights to LED's, they will blink faster. LED lights require a resistor to be added to the circuit to slow to the blinking relay back down to normal speed. When I bought LED turn signal lights, they came with the resistors to add in the circuit.

The above doesn't apply on a CAN bus bike. Which is what the OP has.
