ok, that one has failed already too tho so who knows wtf is up with the QC, bad batch or something..but both our bikes are 8/16 builds..both around 15000 miles and mine has always been fine

the first one up and quit altogether, the replacement has been intermittent, no trend or pattern..I'm wondering if maybe when they installed the heated grips the wiring may have been compromised in some way..they say no way so probably a stretch
