mine just started a mild sounding like marbles in a tin can..when you put your foot on the end cap it stops, release and starts up again..my buddy put off his last replacement until he said it sounded like a cowbell idling

Hmm... I’m going to have to do some digging because mine makes a rattle but I haven’t isolated it yet. Sounds like I have a place to focus though.

Left SC exhaust got exchanged twice on mine already. The third is on for approx 2000km now, so far no rattle.

Maybe I could try to dissect it and get a better baffle.

What about a big ol' fat bead of this between the baffle and the can? Good to 700*..... might be worth a try......

Friend of mine had exactly the same problem - he's swapping out to V&H as apparently it's a fairly common fault....

Do you have to be the original owner to be covered under warranty? The bike itself isn't a year old (build date of 12/16), and the left cannon is rattling. Has been since about 10k miles.

I bought mine and had installed before delivery so I could get them included in the two year warranty with the bike. No rattling yet and I hope they stay solid as I really like the way they sound. If they fail hopefully it will be right at the two year mark and I can get them replaced with a new 1 year warranty.

Did the same as Cbyway. So far no issues for me.
