I have had two sets of the end caps and both have turned purple, oh well I’m leaving them alone now

I was kinda leaning towards the street canons for next summer but after reading of this problem maybe I''ll just run the stock exhaust another year. After next summer my warranty will be finished and I can run whatever I want for exhaust and fuel tuner.

Thinking that the same company that makes the Street Cannons for the MoCo makes the engine oil pumps. Too soon!?

My left cannon started to rust behind the badge close to the 1 year point, they replaced it no question. Bike had never seen water.

I’ll be taking my bike in for warranty replacement of both street cannons.

To answer my own question, no. However, you’ll need the receipt if the parts were purchased separately from the bike, and only parts will be covered, not labor. If you bought the bike with the parts installed, they are covered under the bike’s warranty, and both parts and labor are covered - no receipt required as they will use the VIN to verify parts and accessories that were purchased with the bike, and of course, date of purchase.
