The motor seems way cooler to me but I never felt like my TC was too hot.

With the full Stage 1 on the 103 there no difference between my 107 or 103 even with the 107 being twin cooled

Perceived heat was greater on 103 than on my 107. Now that I took the cat out of the equation, even more so.

Being new to a Harley...I was really surprised as to how much heat my 103 puts out. I can really feel the heat on my right leg. But, that is where the exhaust pipe is. Not to sure if it would be comfortable to ride in a Florida summer.

Fascinating, but the question was for those who own a 107.

Same as life whenever something is wrong! Blame the cat!
107 is way cool even with a cat stuck down in the manifold!
Even my 2001 Springer pipes glow red hot when I come back from a night ride.
No cat in sight! Maybe the engine is just getting hot from the burning Gasoline?
You Think?
