Woah, push those little white tag suckers all you want? The locking tags are just too high to let go!Have to slide the tag back and force a small flat screwdriver under the white tag between it and the plug to force it over the black locking tag!
Amazing how easy some things are until you have to do it yourself.

Pull gray tab up from center of connector. Then push it in to unlock and separate the halves. Push together until it clicks, then push gray connector in towards the center of the connector to lock.
