We Love the Progressive Shocks. Info in answers out The dampening ability is awesome. on a 2012 CVO on a 2014 CVO and now on the 2018 CVO all Street Glides.
Putting Progressives on it will make you miss the stock shocks quick you will not like them, while a high end and expensive shock they are some hard riding bastards.
Think Ohlins and yes they are going my RK before spring.
Progressives are no better then HD premium shocks.
I have used progressive 944 once, for 6 months. Waist of money.
12 inch shocks are harsh and thats what is on CVO's and Street glides and road glides that are X models.
I have tired several brands of shocks.
Ohlins are my preferred.
I put 13" Ohlin HD-159's on my CVO road king huge improvement. But then I noticed the front was not that good. Now have Legends Axeo cartridges in the front. Great riding bike.
