I think, now a days…with all the quality aftermarket shocks out there vs. OEM…WHERE you ride is a much bigger component of this.

Minor dips and bumps compared to frost heaves/freeze joints, pot holes…assemblies of cold patch, etc., are just different, period.
there are several really good companies out there, I’ve tried a few of them. ALL offered much improved ride and tracking over stock…both old school air shocks and current premium by HD lineup.
