25000 miles it looked like mud all 4 times, last time I used Bel Ray 10wt with the cartridges. before that, the last time I mixed it with 15wt to hopefully give me around 12 wt, it worked good.

Like I told you though, the Ultra and the SGS share the same front end, no difference in length.

Just email your local dealer parts department and they can pdf them back.
Dodge City has the parts lists for the 2017 & 2018 models. Harley offers(ed) a kit for the late model forks that replaced the damper on one side with a cartridge. I installed this in my 2015 and it seems to work well. The MOCO doesnt seem to recommend it for the 2017s & 18s.
For the early models they offred the premium ride double cartridge fork kit. I installed this in my 09 and it improved the ride substantially.
