Why would you do it??? To keep from making a mess with where it is currently located! Relocation puts the filter out where you can get to it.
Relocating your oil filter not only makes oil changes much easier with less mess, it also gets your oil filter out into the wind, helping to cool your bike and increase engine longevity.

After calling DC Customs this morning I confirmed that there aren't any connections required to my stock oil cooler.
They were very helpful and I'm happy with their products.
I installed the tank lift kit, the wind deflectors and the oil filer relocation kit with the high flow reusable filter.

Your shop is pretty good at testing some of your products....
Just curious, do you have any test data that shows if the extra length of oil line introduced into the system for the remote filter, has any effect on the oil flow or oil pressure to oil circulating through the engine?
