I'm sorry, but I can't give you a comparison as I haven't heard the Neighbor Haters in person. I can however, give you a plug for the Zombies. I just switched out my V&H High Output 450s. The V&H (IMO) had nice deep tone and rumble on idle, and lit up nicely with throttle, but they were still too quiet for my liking (even my wife wanted louder). I've only put on about 100 Km on the Zombies, but WOW!!! What a major difference. Still a pretty deep and throaty tone at idle, but definitely louder. And man, they REALLY light up when you grab the throttle.
The things I like... I can still creep out of the neighbourhood without waking the neighbours (if I want), and they quiet down when cruising at a lower RPM. BUT,,, any time you get on the throttle, you're going to turn heads. And this is the weird part.... the Zombies have given me a slight lope at idle (not that of a cam, but it's noticeable). I have no idea what a dyno would show, but my butt says that I've recovered any torque I may have lost with the V&H, and probably gained some. Note that I have a Stage I tune with a de-catted head pipe. All of a sudden, I'm in no rush to add an after market cam. Although they say it will never happen with an M-8, I think it sounds pretty much like a Harley.
Sound clip?? I watched Tabs video and the zombie baffles on the m8 sound loud.
Ok, red, Ive been at the bourbon tonight so..... cant make a video but I will the post. This guy made a killer video so I watched this and it sold me. He is running Tab with the zombie baffles. Check this out, its wicked......
