Ok. The seat on my 2018 RK is killing my ***. I am squished n the bike. I LOVED my stock 07 RK seat. High, flat, good cushion and sat me back. I want that back. But I know I cant. I have demoed tallboy, hammock and saddleman sofa something seat. All were no bueno.
Anyone know a seat that is similar to the stocker off a 2007 RK? Id like to be a couple inches back and a bit higher on the bike and have some decent cushion.
The Mustang Summit puts you back at least 1.75" from the stock seat. I have one on my 2018 Road King and find it very comfortable (I'm only 6'-1" and 220 lbs).
It may also be a little higher than stock, but definitely no lower.
My only complaint is that the Mustang vinyl cover does not breathe like a Corbin leather cover. The Mustang is firmly supportive, but not as rigid as a Corbin.

Don't have a Road King but the stock seat on my FB had me scrunched in as well, if I wanted to avoid the uncomfortable, rounded slant that push against my tailbone. The Saddleman Explorer seat with its clearly defined point between the horizontal and vertical portions of the seat was the way to go for me. And it moved me up about an inch and back about an inch and a half. Don't know if they make seats for the Touring bikes but if so you might consider asking if anyone has used one on a Touring bike and if so what they think.
I’m with you. I switched from stock to a Mustang widetripper solo and find myself nearly sitting on the back ledge. I’m only 6’1”, but really want to sit up and back.
