Hi everyone. I am a new Harley owner. I just purchased a 2019 Road glide ultra. it is my first Harley. I am coming of a Goldwing so we will see how things go. I do have a question. I just got my 1000 service done at the dealership and they did not reset the service indicator in the boom box window and it still indicates that it has now been 0ver my milage. how do I reset that. Thank you in advance for the information. looking forward to reading
I would surely get a service manual for things like that looked in my 17 manual said nothing about service light not sure i have one on mine. You can take it back to your dealer an have them reset it like they should have in the first place. Try posting in the M8 forum the is the new members forum.
Turn ignition off
Wait 15 seconds
Turn ignition to accessory position
Wait ten seconds for warning screen to display
Press and hold power/mute button until service menu is displayed
Select reset
Select mileage reset
