Feuling Oil Pump

Is it worth the money compared to the latest and greatest from the MoCo?
Has the Feuling pump prevented sumping on a bike the previously sumped with a factory pump?

I have read were it did and were it did not .The hd seal plate for the back of the stock pump is 30 bucks or so and has a pretty good record. I think (danger) the seal plate is the best deal for now. I think the seal plate is keeping oil in the cam chest from moving into the crank cavity but that is another conversation .
