Based on the above dyno chart it looks like the Redshift 552 cam was a huge improvement (shape of the torque curve) versus the Woods 408, but I must admit that all the other dyno charts I've seen with the Woods 408 had a lot better/smoother shape than the one shown. Perhaps the Redshift was an easier cam to tune for your tuner and he had difficulties getting the Woods tuned right.
The Woods cams need the right exhaust combo, it's been shown time and again. The other cams not so much.
Peace.
I am running one of the exhaust systems Fuel Moto sells with this kit. The torque would most like like come on a little sooner with a 2:1 exhaust. The fuel Moto xxx exhaust has a larger stepped primary pipe than most systems out there to help with the top end hp.

Fuel Moto know what pipes work with a Woods cam, they'll sell you one.
FYI if users are looking at an alternative cam to the WM8-408 and would like to replace a bit of right side horsepower with left side torque in our 124/128 kits we also offer the WM8-77X cam as an option.
2018 FLHTK. FM low compression 124 kit, stock heads, Wood WM8-22x cam, SE 64mm TB w/Ward manifold, FM AC/DC air cleaner, Jackpot Road & Track 2/1, Dynojet Power Vision
Your cnc head work seems to be worth a lot. What is the spec on the heads, are they big valve? what's the cost of an exchange pair? Awesome power by the way.
