Cool. This is essentially what I've been saying about these stage 3 kits. The designed for stage 3 and 11-1 pistons stage 3 kit SE-498 cam instead of the current SE-447 cam plus Stage 4 128 map for fuel plus tune should turn 130 HP & 140 TQ. All under warranty be great for daily commuting and live a full life. This is what you should get and expect out of a 119/122 with the appropriate cam n tune instead of the neutered version MoCo is sending out the door. Above with aftermarket tune and cam doesn't retain warranty but its completely duplicatable with warranty and 498 cam springs & tune. As to why MoCo doesn't send it out the door that way is a mystery.
so they must have put a fairly aggressive cam in these new Softail 117s right?
Results are very similar to what I got on my 2018 CVO road glide, with a Fullsac head pipe and 2.25 baffles and a dyno tune. Cam in the 117 is similar to the HD torque cam.

thanks..found it interesting since hearing all this time the general consensus appears to have been the 3 extra cubes of the 117 isn't much of a performance upgrade over the 114..but 15 hp increase and almost 10 torque is more generous than that perception bears out

FWIW, my stock 2019 117 put out 91hp and 111tq so I was a little less than the above chart.
