Others will be able to give you more technical advice, but I'd be willing to bet that exhaust is really affecting your numbers. That torque dip looks like the common shorty exhaust issue that plagues many of my M8 Softail brethren.
What tuner do you have? I feel like a 131 with a Wood cam should be making significantly more power and torque. And FYI, the only way an HD cruiser is hitting 160 is if you drop it off a cliff
Tuner is a Dynojet PV4. I realize the dyno speed wont be real world (carrying my big butt) speed, but its much better than the 110 stock cutoff.
Who tuned it? Looks like a lousy tune, I don't remember seeing that bad of a tq dip no matter what exhaust was used, as stated above those numbers are low, max power at 4900 rpms, something is bad wrong on that tune!
An HD dealer in Johnson City, TN. Tried to get another dealership to do it, but they wanted me to scrap my PV4 because we arent trained on it and spend another $700 on an auto tuner. Like I said, I am very new to upgraded motor work and dynos.
Get ahold of the guys at J&B Performance over in Mohawk, TN- they can fix that.
Just did. He like everyone else says my numbers are super low even with my exhaust. I just ordered a D & D bilet cat 2-1. Once it comes in and Ive installed it, Ill take it over and let them tune it. Thanks for the advice!

Good choice, I bet you're going to be super happy with that exhaust + quality tune!
I bought a 23 street glide special and had the 131 stage 4 kit installed heres the numbers from the dyno 131.21 power 143.75 torque .Im hoping this is good?!? I of course did all SE products. Let me know how I can move some of that HOT air away from my legs its burning the hell out of my right leg!

wtf is that torque curve? The money people spend on SE is better spent elsewhere .I would 100% trade that peak torque for a flatter curve with 10 less lb/ft. Maybe bad exhaust choice, bad tuner, poor camshaft profile, or all of the above. No offense.

I have the complete SE Stage 4 128" kit and have never felt any heat but even before cat was removed and now running the V&H Propipe 2&1. That is here in the Louisiana weather where she runs on 1 cylinder every time I stop at 90deg and above.
Your numbers are extremely high for a SE 131" so I would be worried about your tune with that kind of heat. A tune should not be all about squeezing the highest torque and hp as normal running readings are much more important, especially with reliability.
Tune may be fine or even perfect but I personally never had any heat issues for me or my wife. I ride with a couple more with the Stage 4 as well and no heat issues.🤷♂️
Im in Florida and Ive noticed the cylinder shutdown NEVER comes on like it does on my 21. Im not sure how to turn it on been looking at getting a cooling fan any thoughts?

It can be turned off and have seen some testing that shows it is only for cooling the rear exhaust for passenger comfort.
I have thought about turning it off but it gives me a gauge on heat.
The added fan only comes on below 25mph and only needed if driving in city type traffic which has been never for me. But would be a plus if caught off in a traffic jam and or traveling and caught in city.
