Awesome. I didn't know that they had the vents. I tried a freedom shield, and the buffeting was too much. So now I am running the CVO harley shield with the vent. And while I like it, I would love one with a little more protection. I'll look into one of these. Thanks man.
Yep, those chrome farkles will have to go on mine, now. That only leaves the damn kickstand! Still amazed they put chrome kicks on the Specials. Probably raised the MSRP $17

Now that I think about it, I’m not sure if I posted this: About 8 months ago I picked up a KlockWerks front fender. Came painted to match my Midnight Blue. Was literally a 10 min job to swap out. Plus it let me practice wet sanding and polishing on the old fender before I tossed it.
I think Harley did a good job of mixing just a little chrome with the black on my FLHC, but they left a few parts out that they should have done. These parts I have been gradually powdercoating myself.
1. Shift and brake lever
2. Shift linkage
3. Windshield components (especially the mounting bracket)
Replaced the mirrors with black ones, painted the side of the rear pulley installed black exhaust and debadged.
It is the little things that are not individually noticeable but when done make a big difference.
