There has to be more people out there that are running the BAM pipes with the zombie baffles. Anyone have any more combinations that have dyno numbers?
Currently trying to decide if I want to go 2/1 or get some 2/1/2 headers and run these with the Zombie baffles.
I have the 4.5" BAM sticks with Zombie baffles, Zippers RS468 cam, SE intake, and dynotuned using Powervision, sounds amazing and a hell of a difference in performance. The numbers weren't as high as I was expecting and he said that was due to the stock head pipe, so that will come next. My only concern will be how much louder it will get, I may switch over to the 2.5 baffles once I get a head pipe but we'll see.
Do you have dyno numbers? I'm looking to do cam, oil pump, exhaust, a/c, pushrods, etc. this winter. Went from a 1994 dyna to a 2017 FLHX. Loved the sound of my vance and hines straight pipes on the old Evo. Not sure if I want to sacrifice the low end for sound and roll with the Zombies or go for a 2/1. Your setup is very similar to what I'm looking at. Just need someone to push me one way or the other. Are the Zombies really that loud? The videos sound pretty good, but you know how the audio on videos never does any setup any justice.
Yeah, that's why I'm hesitant about going with them. I can't find the diameter of the Zombie baffles anywhere either. It lists the louvered ones as 2.5" on their website, which is kinda large already, so I'm thinking the Zombie baffles are even larger.
I'm trying to find some more dyno charts, but it seems like no one is running them. This makes me think the performance is just that terrible.
Would be nice to get some different setups with numbers other than just the one that the manufacturer ran. It would also be nice so see if a 2/1/2 header would help ease that torque dip early on.
I've seen a ton of them around here as they are based in lincoln, ne. My local HD carries them in stock, My buddy has the zombies on his 2020 CVO and is making about 124/131 on the dyno with them and they sound great. You aren't going to lose everything, but you aren't going to have the most with them either. They do indeed sound amazing.....If I didn't run so much long distance trips, I'd probably use them myself, but I don't want the chance of any drone while riding those kinds of distances. I'm purely Screaming Eagle at the moment and even mine sound good, but that's most likely the 131 making it so vs the exhaust. tons of videos on the tabs on youtube.

I care less about absolute max TQ and HP as I know that varies a little bit in each setup. I would just like to see some more dyno graphs with different combinations of setups along with the Zombie baffles. It just seems that no one that owns the pipes puts them on the dyno or they just perform so bad that nobody wants to post them online. lol
I'll probably just end up going with the Billet Cat as these M8s love 2/1's. Its just twice as much for one pipe.
