@19BluMxRG I didn’t catch that part earlier that someone else did in your original post mentioning the rpm’s climb but it just doesn’t go anywhere……. Does the engine rev quickly when this occurs or very sluggishly?
Does it feel like the bike is being held back or does it feel like the engine is free revving as in something not engaging. They would be two different areas to look at…
Revving quickly and not speeding up, driveline such as clutch or belt or..
Revving sluggishly and feels like the bike is being held back, I would look at possibly tearing into the cam chest to check oil pump…
So assuming i am having sumping issues, can i pull the the cam plate and oil pump without having to pull the cam, lifters and pushrods?
Assuming you have adjustable push rods, completely collapse the the adjustment on them and you can leave the cam in place. I have done this without issue.

It revs hard like is struggling to climb the rpm range. So yes like its being held back.
So i ended up putting the 20MY pump in it and we will see what happens. If that doesnt fix it then ill just ride it until it grenades or until next spring, whichever comes first.
