I can leave this completely unchecked and collect both narrowband and broadband data. I know checking vtune sets it up for narrowbands. I would just leave the smartune pro checked and try collecting data on a short run. Sorry for the confusion.

Okay, so that didn't work... I called TTS and they had me email the OEM calibration as well as the current TTS calibration, Vtune and flight recorder logs.
So I hooked the OEM O2 sensors back up and started over, with Vtune suggesting the above, which I accepted.
Not going to worry about the FIDC until I get the bike on a dyno...
