V&H FP4 auto-tune lambda matrix

V&H FP4 auto-tune lambda matrix
Has anyone had the lambda matrix fail to populate during an auto-tune cycle? I did it for the first time today, and while it gave readings for RPM, throttle position, temp, and number of cells adjusted, the matrix itself remained grey the entire time (I could see the cursor move with changes in TP and RMP; it just never registered cell updates using the color indicators).
I thought it might interference from a VPN, so I removed them all for the next trial, but I thought I'd ask before trying again.
Tried calling V&H, but their message clearly states they only do phone support M-Th. The same message says they have live chat Fridays, but the hyperlink under that button on their Support page is just the Support page URL, so it goes in circles (nice one, V&H... so, you really don't want to talk on Fridays after all).

It'll only populate data once you've reached operating temperature at 210°+. Try this: Turn off AutoTune, go back in and select Advanced setup, then drop Engine Temp down to 180° and see if it populates as intended.

I tried all that (my mechanic told me to try the same sequence of steps before I got started). That said, I spoke to V&H tech support yesterday, and they claimed a bug in the software. It'd be nice if they got that sorted out.
