What paint is recommended to paint the red accents like in this picture?

Those likely aren't painted, they're parts you can buy. Harley makes them in Orange and Red.

I had my lower rocker boxes coated years ago. My powder coater was leery of using regular powder coat on a part that's going to get and stay so hot. On his advice I had my lower rocker covers coated with KG Gun-Kote, which is specifically designed to withstand extremely high temperatures like engine parts would need (it's stable to 500F, and can handle spikes up to 800F), and I must say it's held up perfectly over the last six years, I probably have at least 35,000 miles on them and they look like they did on day 1.

However, aftermarket powder coating is not what's happening here. Those are Harley's Milwaukee Eight Engine Accent Kit, in red (as shown above, they also make orange).

Here's a pic from harley's website:

Black is of course available; I myself used black Harley pushrod tubes and tappet covers, and Harley also offers black rocker covers too. And the lower rocker covers themselves can also be had in Bronze if you order the rocker covers from the 2020 Fat Boy Anniversary model. And upper rocker covers are available in Bronze from the Dominion Collection.

But for the tappet covers and pushrod collars, those are available from Harley only in red, orange, or black (and the red and orange are only offered in the engine accent kits combined with the lower rocker covers). Some aftermarket companies do make anodized or colored tappet covers, an example is here. Those guys also make custom pushrod tubes to match. And I found some red, blue, silver, and gold collars here, but they have a lightning bolt design on them. They also have bronze, but the lightning logo is a lot more muted on the bronze version.

On my bike I wanted brass, so I got some collars and keepers made by old-stf.
